from 254 reviewsThe road noise in my 2009 Toyota Matrix S has been greatly reduced and we only did the rear hatch and the floor. We plan on doing the doors and the roof in the near future.
Finally using the purchased insulation and sound proofing materials and realizing what a difference! Cut down the cold transfer on the floor dramatic and able to insulate under 3/8 ha to Hardie back and a thin sheet of aluminum sheeting to keep the insulation sturdy and not fall into the floors ridges for plans of circulation air for moisture.saved alot of head room . Thank you Fraser good product and to mention the Fraser River , good flow .

This material is of high quality and I'm looking forward to applying it to the automobile. It has good sticking
properties. It certainly appears to be good for sound suppresion. It is as described by the Vender.
B-Quiet Extreme Sound Deadener 50 SQFT. Roll
Used to reduce the sound of my water pump and AC/heat exchanger and it work great!!
Great product I will recommend to a friend
A+ product! We are an OEM manufacturer of custom truck sleepers - we've used this for several years in both new construction as well as refurbishing cabs and sleepers.
Product worked just the way I wanted it to was easy to install and trim to my trucks rear seat area and with a decibel reader the back seat in my diesel truck is quieter then the front seats will be adding more to the doors and front seat area soon with the extra I purchased I even put the scraps that I trimmed out to use
Shout out to Deboss Garage for the recommendation of this product
Covered the front wheel wells and arches in a vanagon. Used some ultimate and complete coverage with mass loaded vinyl, Huge drop in road noise.
Good
I did up the cab of my 89 Toyota and it went from a tin can to a modern sounding vehicle. Will buy again for future projects.
I have a 1996 Ford E-350 with the 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel that is LOUD. The engine noise cuts right through the engine cover (doghouse) and right into the cab. It’s so bad that when I’m accelerating to get on the highway or even just cruising highway speed that it’s difficult to think, let alone carry on a conversation. It’s bad enough that if I’m alone in the cab I usually put in ear plugs.
As a first step of deadening the sound I reached out to the B-Quiet team with a few questions and they gave me some good pointers. From there I purchased the B-Quiet Ultimate and the HLiner. I removed the original cheap insulation and installed 2 layers of the Ultimate (probably only needed 1, but it I don’t regret adding a second) and then the HLiner. The before and after comparison is drastic and I can finally drive around with the family.
To say that I’m happy is an understatement. I will absolutely be buying more from B-Quiet when I sound deaden my floors, doors, and wheel wells.
The B-Quiet Ultimate is a great product at a fair price. The inner roof of my Gran Torino Sport was covered with this product followed by a layer of HLiner. This roll will go on the floor pans and some of the trunk.
I built a Ford E350 camper van that has the 7.3 IDI diesel engine in it. These engines are notoriously noisy. My wife and I took it on an 1800 mile maiden voyage. The engine noise out on the open road was so bad that we couldn't hear each other when talking. I bought B-Quiet Ultimate Sound Deadener, removed the front seats and carpet as well as the dog house. I then installed the sound deadener to the floor of the van front passenger compartment. The dog house has a cheesy factory sound deadener in it. I removed it, installed the B-Quiet sound deadener and then reinstalled the factory deadener.
My van is so much quieter now that I am considering buying another roll of B-Quiet and applying it to the floor of the rest of my van,
Purchased the car guy package for a 2022 Corolla and the difference is just insane. The Corolla is so much more quieter on the freeway. Calls over the Bluetooth are no longer hard to hear and makes the commute so much more better as the sound deadening on the doors helped the sound system as-well! Definitely recommend it!
